At Tompkins TMS, our mission is simple: to bring hope and healing to people struggling with mental health issues such as depression when other treatments haven’t worked. We are proud to be the first local practice in Ithaca dedicated to offering NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) — an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for depression.
We know from both personal experience and professional practice that depression can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unrelenting. That’s why Tompkins TMS was founded: to create a place where people can find compassionate support alongside cutting-edge treatment.
